A key priority of the new Extension strategic plan involves positioning Extension as a premier employer in North Carolina (i.e. recruiting and retaining the best talent). While this is a long-term effort that will continue to take shape in the coming months, we've developed an initial "toolkit" of materials for employees in the meantime.
